Why do I need to upload prescription?

In Singapore, the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) under the Ministry of Health requires all contact lenses (powered or non-powered) to be prescribed and dispensed by registered optometrists or contact lens practitioners (HAS, 2020).

What if I don’t have my prescription?

Can I switch contact lenses within subscribe period?

We do not recommend switching lenses as it might cause some initial discomfort. If it's color lenses and you want to switch up the colors, feel free to let us know we can change them for you monthly.

How to pause or cancel my subscription plan?
