Vision Benefits

Vision Benefits is a corporate eye care program introduced by VisionPal. Our seamless and integrated management system allows you to manage your employees' vision benefits with real-time updates on transactions, providing your organisation with a fuss-free solution for optimal employee eye health and quality vision care.

Don't want to leave your house? Use your Vision Benefits to purchase products or services for your vision needs on our online platform. We offer a wide selection of vision solutions with more than 1,000 products ranging from customisable glasses, contact lenses and more!

How to use Vision Benefits to shop online

Step 1: Login to your account

Visit visiondirectclub.com and login to your account by clicking on the Login icon at top right corner.

Step 2: Check your Vision Benefits balance

Click on "My Vision Benefits" tab to check on your Vision Benefits balance.

Step 3: Link your Bank Card

Add your bank card to your account.
(Remarks: Your bank card will only be used when your Vision Benefits balance is insufficient for payment. )

Step 4: Start shopping

Click on the top left menu bar to start browsing for your vision needs.

Step 5: Choose your items

Select your item and proceed to the checkout page.

Step 6: Check out your cart

Fill in your information and shipping details in the check out process.

Step 7: Pay via VDC Wallet

Under payment method, select "VDC Wallet" to pay for your purchases using Vision Benefits.

How to use Vision Benefits to pay our in app services

Step 1: Login to your account

Go into the VisionPal app and login to your account.

Step 2: Choose your service

Choose between various Eye Screening Packages and Eye Doctor Clinics.

Step 3: Add Vision Benefits amount

Add the amount of Vision Benefits you want to use for this transaction.

Step 4: You're done!

The amount spent will be automatically deducted from your Vision Benefits.

Prefer shopping at a physical store? Head down to any of our partner stores and simply scan our QR code to pay with Vision Benefits!

How to use Vision Benefits to pay at our partner stores

Step 1: Login to your account

Go into the VisionPal app and login to your account.

Step 2: Check your Vision Benefits balance

Click on "Vision Benefits" in the "Account" tab.

Step 3: Scan to pay

Click on 'Scan to pay' button.

Step 4: Scan the QR code

Look for our QR code at our partner store and scan it.

Step 5: Slide to Pay

Ensure the store name & details are correct before entering the total amount spent and sliding to pay.

Step 6: You're done!

The amount spent will be automatically deducted from your VDC Wallet.
